    @SW: Thank you! We love the house! Yes, our first floor is all hardwood except for the laundry room. It is Manchester Strip 2 1/4 in wide oak/natural. One of the lowest level of hardwood floors. So gorgeous!

    The pic with your son lying on the stairs is too adorable--it's like he is saying, "Nooo, I don't want to leave!" I love the hardwood--really nice.
